What purpose does the PTZ camera serve?
The app is called iCSee. Please use the name as a search term in the PlayStore or AppStore. It’s unpaid.

Is it adaptable to different languages?
A: The cameras and applications work with other languages. English is the PTZ cameras’ default language out of the box. You can change the language after attaching the app under Settings – Basic Settings – Device Language.

What is the camera’s working temperature range?
A: Hi, my friend. This camera can operate in temperatures between -10°C and 55°C. It is advised to position it under the eaves, and the allowable humidity ranges from 10% to 90%.

Q: Not completely wireless/Was advertised as wireless.
A: “Wireless” means that the camera works with 2.4Ghz wifi (Doesn’t support 5G wifi), but the camera needs to stay plug in the power outlet for supply power.

Why is the camera unable to recognize the SD card?
A: The maximum storage capacity for an SD card that this camera will accept is 128GB in FAT32 format.
2. The camera might not be able to recognize the SD card if it is inserted into the device after the device has been plugged into a power source. Please restart the camera by unplugging the power outlet, then plugging it back in.

How does “Auto track” operate?
A: Launch the app, go to the device interface, and on the intercom interface, you may locate “Auto Track.”
The camera will automatically track an individual’s activity trajectory if they are inside the detection range, but they won’t return to their initial monitoring point.

Q: Why the camera makes a ding sound or beep?
A: The distance between the camera and the phone is too close.

Q: Why did the camera would offline?
A: Please make sure the wifi router and the camera are within the effective distance, reset the camera, and connect again.

Q: Why the camera doesn’t connect to the wifi?
A: Check if your phone is connecting to 2.4G wifi. (The camera isn’t compatible with 5G wifi) and the camera needs to plug into the power outlet to charge.

Please download the APP “iCSee” on your phone and add the camera to your phone via the APP.
Please check if the distance between your phone, camera, and router is within 30-100cm when connecting them.
Please reset the camera(the reset button is in the SD card slot) and connect again.

Q; How to do when the SD card doesn’t store the motion video?
A: Please insert the SD card into the camera, and check the button of “Motion Detection” is turned on in the phone APP, it will store the video when it detects motion. If the SD card doesn’t store the motion video, please format it.

Q: Why can’t use the phone/email to register an account for the app?
A: Please register an account first, and then login in. If you can’t use the phone/email to register an account, please try to choose “Quick Login”.
